70 g Fresh ginger
1 Apple
100 ml Orange juice
50 ml Lemon juice
2 tbsp Honey

Step 1

Peel and roughly chop the ginger root.

Step 2

Place the ginger, lemon juice, honey, and water into a blender or food processor.

Step 3

Blend until smooth and well combined.

Step 4

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or muslin cloth into a jug to remove the pulp.

Step 5

Pour into six 50ml shot glasses or small bottles.

Step 6

Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before drinking.

Recipe Notes
  • Adjust the honey to taste depending on your preferred level of sweetness. You can also add a pinch of cayenne for an extra kick.
