This spicy tuna melt bagel is a quick, high-protein lunch or easy midweek meal made with simple supermarket ingredients. A spicy twist on a popular sandwich filling, this bagel can be made in under 15 minutes and is perfect for busy days.

| 100 g | Springwater tinned tuna drained | |
| 1 | Red onion small | |
| 4 tbsp | Sweetcorn | |
| 1 tbsp | Buffalo hot sauce | |
| 2 tbsp | Reduced fat mayo | |
| To taste | Ground pepper | |
| 25 g | Light mozzarella grated cheese |
Preheat your grill or airfryer to 180°C.
n a bowl, flake the drained tuna and mix with the jalapeños, diced red onion, sweetcorn, buffalo hot sauce, reduced-fat mayonnaise and ground black pepper until well combined.
Slice the bagel in half and spoon the tuna mixture evenly over both bagel halves.
Sprinkle the grated light mozzarella evenly over the tuna.
Place under the grill or into the airfryer and cook for 5–8 minutes until the cheese has melted and the topping is hot through and lightly golden.
Remove and serve immediately while warm.
