These airfryer BBQ chicken wings are a quick, high-protein snack or meal using simple ingredients. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in sticky barbecue sauce, they’re perfect for when you want to cook an easy snack.

| 475 g | Chicken wings | |
| 1/2 tsp | Smoked paprika | |
| 1/2 tsp | Garlic granules | |
| 1/2 tsp | Onion granules | |
| 1/4 tsp | Chilli powder | |
| 5 tbsp | BBQ sauce | |
| 20 sprays | Spray oil | |
| To taste | Salt and pepper | |
| 1 tbsp | Baking powder | |
| 1 tbsp | Cornflour |
Pat the chicken wings dry with a kitchen towel.
In a large bowl, mix the wings with all seasoning, baking powder, and cornflour until evenly coated.
Preheat the airfryer to 200°C and line the basket or tray with baking paper if needed.
Place the wings in the airfryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
Cook for 10 minutes, then turn the wings over and brush the cooked side with 1 tbsp BBQ sauce. Spray lightly with oil again.
Cook for another 8–10 minutes, turning once more and brushing the other side with 1 tbsp BBQ sauce towards the end of cooking.
Check that the wings are fully cooked, before tossing them in a bowl with the remaining bbq sauce before serving.
