| 475 g | Chicken wings | |
| 1/2 tsp | Garlic granules | |
| 1/2 tsp | Onion granules | |
| To taste | Ground black pepper | |
| 1/2 tsp | Paprika | |
| 1/2 tsp | Smoked paprika | |
| 1 tbsp | Baking powder | |
| 1 tbsp | Cornflour | |
| 20 sprays | Spray oil | |
| 50 ml | Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce |
Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly using kitchen paper. In a large bowl, combine the wings with all seasonings, black pepper, baking powder, and cornflour.
Preheat the airfryer to 200°C for 2–3 minutes.
Place the wings in the airfryer basket in a single layer. Spray each wing lightly with oil. Air fry for 20 minutes total. At the 10-minute mark, flip the wings and spray with more oil.
While they finish cooking, you can make a classic buffalo sauce - hot sauce in a small pan on low heat with a knob of butter and 1 tsp honey mixed until smooth. Once cooked, toss the wings in buffalo sauce or serve with extra on the side.
