( Serves Size: 1 )
M I
45 g Oats
200 ml Milk
50 g Frozen blueberries
1 tbsp Honey
50 ml Water
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Peanut butter
10 g Mixed nuts

Step 1

In a small pan, combine the oats, milk, water, and ground cinnamon. Heat on low–medium heat, stirring frequently, until the oats become creamy and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes).

Step 2

In a separate pan, add the frozen blueberries, honey, and 1 tbsp water. Cook on low–medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries bubble gently and turn slightly jammy (around 3–5 minutes).

Step 3

Spoon the cooked oats into a serving bowl. Layer the warm blueberries on top, then add the peanut butter and sprinkle over the mixed nuts. Serve immediately while warm.

Recipe Notes
  • Stir the oats continuously to prevent sticking and ensure a smooth, creamy consistency.
  • Warm the blueberries gently to avoid breaking them apart too much—they should be slightly jammy, not completely mashed. Toast the nuts lightly for added crunch and flavour.
