| 1 small | Frozen banana | |
| 150 ml | Semi skimmed milk | |
| 1 tbsp | Almond butter | |
| 30 g | Vanilla protein powder |
Place the frozen blueberries and banana into a high-speed blender. Add the scoop of vanilla whey protein, almond butter and milk. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the consistency with a splash more milk if required. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
